Posts: 3 | hey guys, sold my 5litre vk for a 87 vl berlina and attempting to turbo it!! 
i have the stock crossover pipe, stock low mount exhaust manifold, stock turbo. i have gone out and bought a 1.5mm head shim, a head gasket, a whole heap of fittings and copper pipe for the oil lines, exhaust gasket. i just need to know(with what i have) how much boost can i run? do i need a bov? will it flutter? and is there anything ive missed? any help would be appreciated.
