Posts: | Hello all. Was just seeing what everybody thought of the Gtech's. I live 4 and a 1/2hrs away from a drag strip. Sydney or Melbourne the only diffrence is Melbourne is better because it is on a Friday night so it makes it easyer to make time for. I was at the drags in my old VH it had a 355 stroker with -3 alloy heads. But there was a bloke there with the early style Gtech. I couldn't beleave how close the times were. I brought one for the same price it cost me to go to the drags. Now I have brought the pro comp so I can d/l my times to the PC and compare runs. I know that they arn't spot on but what I have seen they do work well. So far my car is running not so good but it did a 14.3 @ 104mph. Now I know you can have a run down hill and your time will be faster and all that but what we do is have a bit of flat road that we all run on with the same Gtech so ya would think what it say's should be fairly close. I was just going to say to people that live a fair way away from a drag strip get a hold of one. It dose stop all the bull about you took off before me and all that stuff. I can't upload the photo of the info it gives ya but i will post a link so ya can have a look. The other times are from my mates AU XR6 ute my toyota wagon with a holden V6 in it and my VL. Ok hope to hear for ya and enjoy ya cars..click on the link.. I'll get a photo of the Wagon and the VL soon I hope
