| NEED HEAPS OF ADVICE PLEASE |

Posts: 1 | Hi i am new to this site and i recently bought my self a vl berlina with a n/a rb30 and i am planning to put my garrett t28 turbo on my vl if anyone has any suggestions on what is nessesary to install my tubo please dont hesitate to let me know wat i need to buy.
all help greatly appraciated.

Posts: 10 | Mezza would will need:
- exhaust manifold (turbo version)
- injectors
- possible wastegate (depending on if its gated or not)
- all the lines (water and oil)
- bigger brakes
- better gearbox
- tougher rear end
- a turbo ecu
and a little more knowledge about exactly what you are doing. Hope this helps

Posts: 4 | ey mezza i think u will need a different manifold because i dont think the t28s fit on to the stock standard turbo 1s.

Posts: 3 | you will also need to use a turbo cam as the n/a and turbo
cam are not the same grind. if you us the n/a cam your turbo will not spool up until higher in the rev range and will wast lots of fuel out the exhaust

Posts: 5 | try everything... up grade ur brakes and its probably cheaper to sell ur turbo and engine and buy the ECU and turbo engine then wack it straight in
