Posts: 1 | Hey can anyone help me with this part ? Ok it's where the spedo cable meets the gearbox.
It looks like a metal elbow that connects to the gearbox. Only on the turbo gearbox. GM dont make it anymore and no one has it. Wat can i do ? PLEASE HELP!!

Posts: 18 | go to the wreckers and see if they have any spashed up VL's, dont tell him what part you want, just ask him if you can have a look at it, than point out the part, and pretendlike you know what it does and shit, tell him you want it cheap and hope for the best, other wise mayb custom fabricate one? if not see if they are on any knewer comodores or better yet, look into the Nissan engines/gearboxes because Nissan made the engines for them (and i think the gearbox aswell) RB30 the old square chunky skylines R31 i think they where named

Posts: 7 | Hey, they'r fk'n hard 2 get, i smashed mine on the g/box housing when the back motor lifted due to the minispool binding up in reverse... i've been looking for 1 for round 2years now, jus gave up...
