Posts: 1 | hi all i have recently changed my internal fuel pump(works fine) and pick up and my lines are all clear i have changed my fuel pump 4 times now it will run for a day or 2 and just seize the main pump. and once the 15 amp fuse was melted not blown my fuse rails are perfect condition(not melted) anyone know what it could be or had this problem b4 please help

Posts: 18 | if it's melting them mayb make sure that it's not running to much voltage through your system and stuff. E.G. make sure no wires are bare and crossed. as for the fuel pump all your lines are clean? if possible i red somewhere that the VL's have a swirler in the petrol tank, it squits out the excess or something like that back into the tank and makes it swirl, some guy had a problem with his, only way to check that though is to take the tank out and slice it open. could be something like tht maybe?
