Posts: 47 | hi guys im going to do i rb30 conversion to a rb 25 head with a metal gasket. im going to put in flat top pistons new cams and i will also stroke it and turboing it. i need a performance intake and the head can anyone help me out with any of these parts cheers

Posts: 434 | Good start,carefull with the timing belts as you will need a special one coz you're building a hybrid and i think only dayco makes them.
Id go probe pistons,strong n reasonably cheap for forgies,low compression if you want to wind more boost in n maybe 8.0:1 mite be good,8.5 or 9.0:1 if your after more driveability off boost.
Head,try import wreckers or ebay but they want a bit for them,around $600 if your lucky.
Manifold,ebay as well and they are front mounted throttle bodies,$700 buy it now from hong kong.
Cams,try camtech cams in sydney www.camtechcams.com.au
or surecam at www.surecam.com.au
