Posts: 3 | I jus bought a vl a few days ago and was driving last night n after driving for a while she starts jumping and carrying on. its fine before boost comes on then she roo hops and its sh*ting me. is it the fuel pump or maybe the injectors?
HELP!

Posts: 3 | i still dont know wots wrong so im getting the injectors cleaned, new fuel pump and new coils. dont have much cash after that tho. would anyone know wot my prob is if its not this?

Posts: 1 | hey saem kinda thing happened to my little brother 3 days after he bought his. he ended up freaking out and losing control of his and was killed. nothing against vlt as i now have one in his memory but yeah i dunno. when the police came back nothing came up as mechanically wrong with it.

Posts: 1 | Hey, i had the same prob wen i brought my car, after alot of looking around, i found it had a non turbo computer which dosnt know wat to do wen your engine comes on boost. Worth a try.

Posts: 24 | sounds like u have a fuel pressure problem!!! from what your saying it seems like the car is serging. It would have somethink to do with your pump or a contact on the pump or even the injectiors or if ur running a fuel pressure reg u might have to adjust it. SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR BROTHER ABBY. ITS TIMES LIKE THAT YOU WISH HE DIDNT BUY A CAR AT ALL!!!

Posts: 20 | 40psi is the standard running pressure on the stock bosch pumps isnt it??? or maybe the turbo ones are different?
