Posts: 191 | Consatina or ribbed piping and a trumpet piece is all you need.take the bottom half of the airbox off,go to repco and buy a 4 bolt flange adapter, cut a hole in the bottom of the airbox with a die grinder and shape to match, bolt the flange up,run your pipe from there and find somewhere behind the bar you can mount the hose and trumpet piece where the air is.

Posts: 4 | cool....thanks mate...can i get all the piping from repco, or do i have 2 get it from like auto barn...or somewher like tht.....????.....and the bolt on flange addapter does that bolt onto the bottom of the air box???????

Posts: 191 | Yes,repco stocks most of these items you require to do this mod,but if not then try autobarn, auto one or bursons.
Repco still carries the majority of what you need.
With the bottom of the airbox, all you need to do is buy the adapter flange, mark out where you want it to sit, they are a 4-bolt pre drilled item so it makes the job easy.
Your airbox should be a flat bottom, sit the flange down on it,mark and drill your 4 holes then cut a big hole in the centre using a die grinder n shape it.
Then, cut a hole in the panel where the airbox sits, run your hose through the hole and connect it to the flange n the rest is just finding a good flow spot for the hose n trumpet.pretty straight forward.good luck
