Posts: 6 | Hey ppl just want to know how can you tell the difference between a vl turbo ecu and a non turbo ecu, Because i dont wanna get ripped off by buying a non turbo????

Posts: 191 | Hey mark,
The ORIGINAL VL Turbo ECU's have an 'ORANGE' tag marked
3TM or 3TA.
The 3TA is the ECU for a VL turbo with Automatic Tramission .
The 3TM is the ECU for a VL turbo with Manual Transmission .
The 'A' on the end of 3T(A) defines it as an AUTO.
The 'M' on the end of 3T(M) defines it as a MANUAL.
The ECU's that have a 'GREEN' tag are just standard
NON-TURBO ECU's.

Posts: 191 | No worries mate,forgot to mention too that the ECU's with the 'YELLOW' tags are standard ECU's too.
I belive the knowledge i have given to you is costly,so just leave me a grand in the letterbox hey?
