Posts: 9 | hey, you hittin boost cut or rev limiter?
boost cut occurs when the desired level of boost is hit, not when it reaches a certain rpm.

Posts: 9 | well i had something with simular symptoms on my last car, it wasn't boost cuttin out though. I blew out the firing rings or whatever u call em on my head gasket. . would feel like boost cut cause whenever boost was peekin. . would just stop and let me tell ya it feels like ur hittin a brick wall doin like 80ks
have you got a cooler. . ? 14psi bit too much if you dont, is the motor pretty old? my guess is the head gasket.
p.s. remember you dont have to have oil in ur water or water in ur engine oil to have a cracked gasket.
