| Spray Paint gear. |

Posts: 3 | well i want a basic but not to basic spray/air brush set up to play with on sheets of tin till i find the balls to hit my car with it (old car befor my good car) any ideas on wat brands and where i should put my head to start looking i am serious about it so i will get decent gear i just need to kno what the decent gear is, where to get it and wat things i need that i may have over looked. any help is handy

Posts: 308 | a twin motor quick recovery compressor so she dont get too low when your in the middle of a job.
any spray gun as long as they have replaceable parts if you cant buy parts then dont spend too much

Posts: 442 | Preferably an Iwata brand.satajet is a wicked brand of gun but costs dollars!
or just go on ebay n have a looksy cos they got some good guns and airbrush guns at decent prices.
Also get a water trap/separator so no moisture passes from the tank n in thru to your gun.

Posts: 308 | deffinatly annest iwatta is a best brand you can also get parts for them i got 2 but there are still some great cheapies out there that are like the no-name brand (STARR) of iwatta
they cost only $50 from paint supplies the only down fall is they dont have replacement parts deeming them throw away if anything goes wrong
THE BETTER THE GUN THE BETTER THE FINISH
if the air/water seperator is not enough try hanging the air hose up, down its harder for the water to travel up against gravity. TIPS are important 1.4mm great for acrylic 1.8mm great for 2k soon you will be doing the walk in no time have fun mate
