To be honest with you all i know is that the bottom end is getting forged pistons, and the head is getting new valve springs and a few other bits and pieces its all being done at the same place. im new to the car mod scene so just trying to get my head around it all. the body is in excellent nick, rust has been removed.
No pics yet they'll be comin soon thou.

get them to regrind your crank so she has a fresh bottom end  then you can do serious head work
the head controls how hard quick to work the motor
either way you should be seeing some big f#ck off horses

Garrett GT35R turbo , 600x300x75mm intercooler, stand intank pump feeding 2L surge tank which feeds a bosch 040 external pump i wouldn't waste my money on getting too much done to the head apart from maybe slight port and polish and appropriate cam. you would make good power on this set up say 300whp at low boost say around 10psi. and if u wanted much more an ecu and injector upgrage would be in order.... good for a 600+ hp at the motor

thanks for that, that was gonna be my next question are N/A and turbo wiring the same or do i have to change it at all, and what ECU should i go for spec, brand wise? cos ive been lookin on the net at different cars which are pulling good Hp and times and everyone runs something different.
what size injectors should i go for?

while it would be lovely to fun an elctric water pump and dry sump if we are talking acceptable hp figures  500hp or less i think the stock waterpump should be fine.. a vl turbo or gtr oil pump would also be sufficient as they have large oil pick ups.

u will have to change computers yes... either swap to a vl turbo computer... which u could chip or intercept. or for around 2grand u can have a fully aftermarket computer tuned and installed... it really depends on ur budget....

heheh sounds like u have a drag car in the build? if it is in fact a street car that u want to do quick times in recond turbo lsd will be fine man... they are a strong bit of gear!.. to look after them for drag use don't don't drift it,,, the lsds hate beeing sideways...maybe swap gears for 3.9 ratio...
If it is a designated track car you could put a spool in it... both axels are locked together so cornering will be shit house and wet roads would be very interesting....
If however is it a street car and u have money to burn look into a detroit locker or kaaz set up they provide a fully locked axle but still allow you to turn corners. but cost around $3000 installed it's your call.... it's simple to say i'll have 1 of the best of everything but can u really afford it is the real question.

550cc injectors would be good for the above set up with about 600hp in mind
