| brake problem | | Dylan Drummond | Posted @ 20 Dec 2007, 2:40pm | Member
Posts: 4 | hey there,
I am currently able to apply max. pressure on my foot brake without the brakes completely locking.
The foot brake feels very spongy and has alot of play.
While the engine is running and the brakes are being heavly applied there is a hissing noise that seems to be coming from near the actual brake pedal itself.
If there is anyone that may now the cause, there reply would be much appreciated.
If rectifying the problem is not a too in depth job, any suggestions would be great.
I have the assistance of the workshop manual if there are any procedures within that would be worth while doing.
thank you very much
dylan
