hey this has got me stumped every time my vl hits boost it shoots alloy shavings out of the exhauts n its not the cat as i don't have one any ideas will be great

Check your motors not fucked,lol!
Are you sure its alloy,hava look n see if ur cat or muffler has'nt broken up,get under it n shake it hard n listen for any noise inside.hope this helps

alloy? if its metal then i would say your muffler baffle section is burning away
i have seen it happen to my mates skyline on a hill climb accept it was dark and sparks were coming out the tail pipe and he had a hot dog.
if your sure its alloy then it can only be your head

the engine runs like a dream it's 2 months old and the system is 3 weeks old plus i took the system of it's still cumin out of the dump pipe as i said it's got me stumped and 100% alloy

have you stripped the head when you put spark plugs in and alloy shavings have fallen down into cylinder then luckely flowed through the exhaust port with out shattering piston?
Thats my GUESS anyway let me know when she explodes try get it on camera too

hey makka yeah found out yesterday that the intake on the turbo was getting shaved by the wheel so need a new one and need 2 take off the head and clean the bores

lol,i had a funny feeling it would be the turbo.
Ebay mate,T04E $350,stainless steel manifold $200 from monsta performance.not bad bikkies for decent power aye?
