motor has constant miss fire. spark plugs tell me that they are not burning right. they are black with carbon and a tiny amount of oil. oil is at ring only maybe ran down rocker?
dizzy, rotor, cap, leads, coil plugs are new but is not burning off the fuel does this mean my fuel/air mix screw in the plenum has some how moved? or that it has been garaged and not driven to burn it off?

Try a wet compression test n it should give you an idea if an oil control ring is crook or you might have a shitty valve stem seal or valve guide, check oxy sensor, and air flow meter too.
Do your plugs smell like they've been dipped in fuel?
if so then check the air/fuel mix adjustment then drive it n rev to 5 or 5,500 to clear any shit.

wet? is that when you dump half tea spoon of oil down the cylinder and re check compression test for diffrent comp?
comp test 1-3 was low 7 no variation but has shitloads out the back of 3" straight thru sounds like a f$cken chopper and no smoke.
plugs arent soaked in fuel but are tad black
before i put it in shed plugs were burning perfect white.
how do i adjust mix or should i leave that to someone who knows what there doin? will go for dyno when shes done
cheers
