Posts: 191 | No,all twin cam jobs.All GTR's had RB26,GTS-t's had RB25.
The very first R32 supposedly had an RB20 twin cam but later ones i seen had RB25's in'em.

Posts: 241 | what does r34 mean if its stamped om my head the housing of the head appears to be new but i am thinking the r34 is a reco date but head looks new not reco

Posts: 191 | No.R34 is the model of skyline,the stamp or marking should read RB25,IF,the R34 you were looking at was a GTS-t,OR,RB26 if it was a GTR.
RB25 is a 2.5L 6cyl.N/E or single turbo
RB26 is a 2.6L 6cyl.DETT twin turbo(GTR)
