| DOES YOUR VL OPEN WITH A DIFFERENT KEY?!!?!! |

Posts: 30 | try this; go to the passenger, or drivers door lock with a different vl key, or even a house key! try to unlock it. you need the right shaped key. not too chunky. mine, my step fathers and 2 mates vls opened! but it doesnt work with the ignition.

Posts: 9 | one of my mates VK keys used to open and start my mums VL, and one of my brothers VL's didnt even need a key, you could push down the back window and turn the ignition bit where the key goes with your finger and off you go.

Posts: 20 | haha my old vl which is up for sale wont open or start with only the orig key and plus i got an emmobiliser haha but my calais doesnt need a key to start, my old vh key starts my mrs mums vl, and my mates vb key starts her car aswell haha how ironic lol bloody holdens thank good for security systems

apparently there were only so many different keys made.
get new barrels and an alarm. and kill switch. vls are as easy to steal as a push bike. my mates got smashed in with a screw driver and it started with a normal flat head screw driver
