a few problems

i have a few probs that i need advice on.
1 - gearbox - my n/a 5speed manual has a prob with number 2 syncro. it will crunch and not go into gear unless i double clutch and come in at exactly 2800rpm. whats the cost of rebuilding the box, and strengthening? (will run a rb26/25 head and turbo ect ect in the future)
or whats the cost of buying an mx-7? will an r32/33/34 box fit?

2 - clutch - the point where the clutch engages is too close to the floor, how do i adjust it? also the throwout bearing is noisy, is this a problem?

3 - suspension - i have king superlow springs and 17 inch rims (235/45/R17). if i have anyone in the back the outside of the rears will scrub. i think the guards have already been rolled, can they be rolled further? or do i need to raise the suspension? what size springs? if i raise it will i loose handling?

4 - i keep getting water in the car when it rains. it gets in the boot, and some of the footwells. how do i stop it?

5 - what grade oil should i use for the engine? 20w 50?

how much power will i gain by using an rb25/26 head on the rb30, keeping it N/A?

about the water in the floor well. my had the same problem and i replaced the windscreen and didn't stop it ending up being rust in the sides of the place where the wiper motor in got that fixed and it stoped. plus if u have rust there take out ur dash u will find more.

IF YOU HAVE TO DOUBLE CLUTCH CAN BE FAULTY SLAVE/MASTER CYLINDER OR WARPED FLYWHEEL. IF IT TAKES RITE AT THE FLOOR SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF MEAT ON CLUTCH GEARS WILL GO IN WITHOUT CLUTCH AT THAT RPM AS THEY ARE SEMI STRAIGHT CUT.
ITS NOT YOUR BOX BRO ITS THE SLAVE OR MASTER CYLINDER OR FLYWHEEL. OR BLEED YOUR CLUTCH MAYBE??????????????
