Posts: 3 | i just bought my first car (86 VL Calais series 2) for $1000 it has a few things wrong with it but is in pretty good nic. it hasnt been registered since 2005 and i was wondering if that means it has to go over regency or i can just go rego it under my name ?? your help would be great. thanks
