| advice for more power |

Posts: 2 | i just bought a vl turbo.... want to do somethin to the moter. dyno the other day it did 158kw
i got about $8000 and am chasing another 100kw would be sweet
any ideas?

Posts: 2 | ohhh yea it hasnt got intercooler or nothing preety stock just bits and pieces to the engine..... and the more i look i got to spend i bit more the 8 for 100 kw but like 220 at the end i would be happy with....

Posts: 30 | t3/4 turbo. smaller compression wheel spins the larger intake wheel. spools up like a t3 with the power of a t4. one suggestion; bolt a rb25 twin cam head (couple of g's) on the rb30 bottom end. that, turbod will easily pull the ponies your lookin for with enough change to intercool it. sure its a 2nd hand head but crack test, cleaned etc. its a mish but not many vls have got it. and has the power to boot

Posts: 21 | the most common and easyest mods are 3"exhaust from turbo back, front mount cooler, and turn the boost up a bit.
