| fuel pump problems??? |

Posts: 1 | i recently purchesed a vlt and was driving home from work yesterday arv and it jus stoped after getting it towed home i cheacked all sensors and relays and put in a new CAS and dizzy cap still wouldnt fire im guessing it would be a fuel pump issue. how can i tell if it is or not.

Posts: 3 | Get You friend to turn your ignition on while you stand at the rear of the Car listen for the fuel pump if it primes Well all is good there if it dont then change the pump cheers!

Posts: 241 | CHECK YOU FUEL LINE RITE BEFORE FUEL RAIL UNDO IT TURN ON IT SHOULD SPIT OUT FUEL THAT ONLY LEAVES INJECTORS AND SPARK PLUGS,LEADS COIL COMPUTER CHECK THE SPARK
SPARK PLUG WILL TELL YOU HOW YOUR MOTOR IS RUNNING IF WET TOO MUCH FUEL NO SPARK IN THAT CYLINDER ETC

Posts: 30 | mate if your fuel pump 'buzzes' thats no real test. that means its got electricity! do what micheal said about the hose near the fuel rail. check your connection to the coil. mine was farked as well. or it could be one of the forty thoudand sensors lol
