bolt on mods


08 Dec 10, 12:48pm levi wells Posts: 1	hey, i just got a rippa deal on a VL n/a from an old teacher and wanted to know how much power can i get from just bolt on mods and no turbo cos i want to drive it on my p's. the car is running an auto trans on it but i want to do a manual conversion so what else can i do and i don't want to spend over $1500. thanks.

03 Jan 11, 1:20pm Nick Posts: 62	Replace the standard exhaust with extractors and get a larger sports exhaust and a Pod filter. Won't cost more than $1000. The manual conversion will cost you a fair bit unless you find a cheap one. Fitting it will be the worst part though as for the clutch box and you will have to change the tail shaft.
